Not only is Crema a popular coffee shop, but is also committed and invested in making and roasting quality coffee for the city. They're even teaching coffee classes, which really is awesome. 8th & Roast has a fairly small food menu, but it's still diverse. It includes breakfast items, sandwiches, and wraps for lunch. (They also offer a fantastic brunch, but that’s only on weekends.) Though they are pretty popular items lately, the “killer b’s” of biscuit and burrito are really solid thanks to the addition of spicy chorizo, fresh sausage, and bacon.
